Game Score Reporting
1)
Only report the scores for your
home games. (league and exhibition)
Send scores to: zack@bmts.com or zack@wightman.ca
You can also click
on the link on the Website www.woaa.on.ca
on the Women’s Hockey
Page
2)
There are four pieces of information
that I need.
A)
Game Number
You find this
number for your team on the schedule posted on the website.
It will be located
in the left column on the schedule and it will be a letter or letters
followed by a
number. Ie: N-1, (novice-game 1) AW-21,
(atom west-game 21),
M-13, (midget-game
13) etc…
This number must be used, as it is the only way to identify what team and division you are reporting the score for. When 70 or 80 teams are reporting scores, this number
makes my job a lot
easier. I don’t have a lot of time trying to figure out what game or team
is being
reported.
B)
Date. Oct 23
C)
Division. Novice, Atom,
Pee Wee etc..
D)
Score
Home team (score) Visitor (score) ie: Home Walkerton 2 Visitor Kincardine 2
There is a fine for not reporting the
score within 48 hours of the game completion.
I will give you
another 24 hours of grace before placing the game in late status (game will
be highlighted in yellow) after which the game will be highlighted in red on the schedule
posted on the website and your Convenor notified. Unlike last year, I will not be notifying
teams when their score is late, so check the schedule on the site and report the score if it’s highlighted in yellow.
I would like to
take this opportunity to thank all the people who reported the scores the
last few years and who will be this season. For the most part everything will go relatively
smoothly once everyone gets the hang of it. You were and are the people who make it all work.
Yours Truly,
Bernie Zacher
